Two piece set of 1931 splash aprons.  As I understand, these were installed by Ford Dealers on 1930 cars that had been damaged,  They are a heavier gauge material than the reproductions.  They still have the original Ford black paint on them, no dents and only some very light rust in a few spots. they are set up for side mounts.

This is a complete set of the early wind wing brackets for open cars except for one screw, which could be make on a lathe.   They need plating and I have a few extra parts, including all the rubber pieces that grip the glass.   These actually work, I have a set on my Phaeton, they do not need to be glued to the glass, they just work correctly.  Plating can be expensive but worth it for a set of these that actually work correctly.

A set of reproduction rods for 1930 or 31 Standard Phaeton.  These have been polished and fitted to a car, each is identified as to location.  All the burrs removed and ready for use.  Although they are nicely made,  each required adjustment and filing to actually fit and work properly.

Looking for special valve cover made in 1929. The valve cover and engine block did not have external oil return tube. The block I have is missing the valve cover. It is the same size as standard valve cover but without holes for oil return. I don't need a model B valve cover. I have a picture attached of the valve cover I'm needing. This is NOT a model B block. Please check your parts pile to see if you have one. Thanks for looking.

July '29 engine # matches title. Engine runs with no unwelcome noises. New cast iron brake drums but brakes need some attention to work adequately. 12 volt with Smith & Jones alternator. 5 good 21" wheels, 6th one has two hub cracks. Tires are good rollers but too old for the road. I have not found any body rust but there are a couple of areas of amateur body repairs. Frame and running gear have no rust. Previous owner (2006-2025) did not know a lot about Model As so there is some Macgyver-ing that will not be complicated to fix: They had a problem with fuel line clogging so rather than cleaning the tank and installing a shutoff filter they put a streetrod tank in the back. I have the shutoff, sediment bowl and new correct fuel lines. I was told the original tank does not leak but have not confirmed- there's no paint peeling at steering column support. Has some oddball carb that might have been intended for a tractor; included is what appears to be a good Zenith and the correct choke mechanism.  The flatbed has new Trex decking and the seat is in excellent condition. Also included in asking price: Stewart-Warner horn, new 6V coil, complete new wiring harnesses, 2nd tail light, generator, passenger side spare bracket, a few boxes of odds-n-ends parts, and a complete Sept '29 engine (disassembled, condition unknown). We impulsively bought this last summer with the intention of making it into a fun driver, but now realize we do not have time to give it the attention it deserves. Located in Spruce Pine, NC.
